| It's quickest and easiest if you pay online using your credit card, as your place will be reserved immediately. If you want to pay by cheque please contact us first so that we can hold a place for you while we await payment. We can also send you a pro forma invoice if you need to raise a purchase order. We do insist however that workshop fees must be paid before the date of the workshop. |
| Assuming that there are still places free you can book up to seven working days before the date of the workshop.

| We will confirm your booking by email along with directions on how to find the workshop venue. We will also send you a hardcopy of your invoice by post.

| No problem. We use Regus Offices for all our workshops because they have disabled facilities. Just let us know once we have confirmed your booking and we'll ensure that your requirements are taken care of.

| No. We're passionate about business continuity and if you have taken the decision to learn about business continuity planning we will run the workshop.

| Well firstly there are no special skills needed; just a desire to learn how to ensure your organisation has the ability to cope with a crisis. The workshop is particularly well suited for the person who will manage the building of your plan, and in the event of a business interruption, will take the lead in coordinating the recovery process. Consider who is best placed within your organisation to take the lead in the event of a serious business interruption. For example, your IT manager may be very focused on restoring data and communications systems and may not have the time to oversee everything else as well. You may also want to consider key members of staff who will be part of your emergency team. The more they understand about business continuity the better placed they'll be to take control of their areas of responsibility.

| If you are unable to attend a workshop for any reason you can substitute someone else from the same business or organisation. Do please try and let us know though if you wish to send an alternative member of staff. If you can cancel more than six working days prior to the date of the workshop you’ll be eligible for a full refund. If you can cancel six working days or less before the workshop you will receive a £100 refund along with your registered copy of IMCD Pro worth £500, Workshop Notes and Handouts, Document Wallet, and USB Smart Drive.
